Writing in Dublin

Hey, I just realized………..you have to leave Dublin behind, so you can go to Dublin???

Progress

Suspended my car insurance starting June 1 and told the bank not to cancel my debit card while I’m spending in a foreign country. That means I’ve accomplished two of about 300 things I need to do in the next two weeks. Progress.

I can’t think of a better gift. My editor at The Vindicator draws on the side and sketched a picture of me and my dog, Dublin, as a going-away gift.

Dublin…Ireland…flying away to write fiction…It’s all so perfect. I can’t wait to hang this up.

Textbooks???

I thought I was done ordering textbooks.

Turns out I have at least two more books to buy for Dublin. I’ve already read Dubliners by James Joyce, but I need the one with a foreward written by Terrence Brown. Gahhh.

This foreward had better be good, Terrence.

Got my international student ID card in the mail. Must mean I’m heading somewhere soon.

The countdown begins

In just 30 days, I’ll board a plane to Dublin, Ireland, to begin my six-week writing adventure.

I’ll be using this Tumblr account to chronicle my trip and share my work. Bear with me while I learn how to use this thing.
