Writing in Dublin

Goodbye, Dublin. I’m back in the States but still have lots to update this blog with including these photos of our favorite bartender and pub. Tommy owns J. O’Connell’s on Rathmines near the IES center. We were there most Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays when he worked. I’m almost finished with an autobiography he sent me home about a girl who was abused throughout her life in Ireland. He said it made him fee like “shooting everyone” when he finished reading it. Funny guy. We left him with postcards addressed to ourselves, and he promised to send Christmas cards, too.
